Conditions for renting a car
1. To rent a vehicle from us, you must be at the age of 23, have a valid driving license for that type of vehicle and be an active driver with more than five years of experience. If you do not meet the above requirements, you may rent the vehicle as a "Young Driver", but in this case you owe a double deposit.
2. The minimum period for which you can rent a vehicle is one day (24 hours).
3. In the announced prices we include the rental of the vehicle for a certain period of time, unlimited mileage (no mileage for the duration of the contract), full rent-a-car casco, civil liability, vignette sticker, and replacement of the vehicle in the event of a technical fault with another one of the same class.
4. In our prices we do not include fuel! The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and, under the contract, returns to the same condition unless a "prepaid fuel" fee has been paid. When returning the vehicle with a fuel inconsistency, your deposit will be charged an administrative charge of 10€ and the missing fuel at a price of 1.5€ per liter.
5. We will give you the vehicle in good technical condition with the mandatory equipment required by the traffic police. This is done after signing a pass-through protocol, which is an integral part of the rent-a-car contract.
6. You have the right to delay the return of the vehicle (without further notice or notice from you) for one hour, each subsequent being charged according to the terms of the contract. By virtue of the agreement, you are obliged to return the vehicle at the agreed time and place, as well as in the technical condition in which you have accepted it, through the acceptance and delivery protocol. Failure to comply with the obligation to return your vehicle that you hire is considered as embezzlement, and we notify the competent authorities by retaining all rights under the contract.
7. Returning or renting a vehicle outside the working hours is only subject to in advance arrangement and there are additional charges.
8. In the event of any technical problems or road accidents, you are required to inform us immediately of the contact details entered in the rental agreement. In the event of a road accident, call the police on 112 and pick up a protocol issued by the authorities!
9. Payment can be made by you in cash or by debit/credit card. Upon signing the rental agreement, you are required to pay a deposit of 100€ to 500€, which may be withheld in the event of damage caused by you and not covered by the insurance.
